Techno I have seen a lot of Venture Capital Companies wasting money on LOST IDEAS as none in the start up companies has the courage to tell them the truth.
Would these Venture Capital Companies be helped, if they hire experienced technocommericial people to go through the clutter of information fed to Venture Capital Comapnies by the start ups ?
I am an honest person working for a start-up.

I run a consulting firm specializing in helping large US and International contractors and construction owners in the construction industry in the areas of pre-construction and project management. The business is generating income but I want to expand the model and develop a utility management tool (software) that reflects my business philosophy and approach. In order to do this I need financing, but I don’t want to take a loan, I prefer equity based financing. Any ideas where to start and how to approach this?

What analytical questions will be at the top of VC’s due diligence list prior to offering capital to early-stage firms? How will VC’s realize their return on investment over the life of an investment in a firm?

I’m looking for a good place to secure some capital for a tech start-up, dealing in banking technology and services. The investment curve is fairly high, as it stands right now the company would require high 5 digits, but nothing over the mid 6s. More information on business plan and goals is available.

Happy to Help Is it best to start a business with venture capital which can include mentors from experienced execs or secure a bank loan. What about those who can’t get a bank loan?

mamu I would like to know how the new stocks can be issued to venture capitalist to raise money. Who can do it?
I am just intended to be the stock holder of the company but I will be raising money through venture capital. So can I issue new stocks? or either director or office has to do it?
I am asking this question because to venture capitalist I will be representing the company and at any stage I can’t tell them that I have no authority for something.
