For 2 years I have tried to involve myself in this life work. I am trying to educate myself on grant writing, and I am trying to find maybe some venture capitalists that want to invest. I would like some ideas, whatever they may be on the subject matter at hand.

I saw a show where this guy says that he “raises venture capital to start new businesses.” He said he talked people into giving money. Is that a job? What is it called?

If I file Articles of Incorporation and thus Incorporate a business, what does a bank/lender look at when issuing lines of credit to an Incorporated Business? Does the business need to show assets to secure a loan? Or does the very nature of being Incorporated justify at least a minimum amount a lender is willing to risk on a business?
This is of course given that you have a business plan and will actually put the money to use in making the business successful. But I’m talking about starting out on Day 1 with $0.00 and Zero Assets for the business?

Or is the only option for a newly former Incorporation to seek Venture Capital and hand over partial ownership to those Venture Vultures?

I have been amazed by the way venture capital firms attract ‘more than neccessary’ dedication of their employees by offering them stock options. I am interested to know what kind of terms and conditions generally form part of such an offer?

I own a small HRD consulting business. How can I offer a similar incentive to my employees?

I would like to know how the new stocks can be issued to venture capitalist to raise money. Who can do it?
I am just intended to be the stock holder of the company but I will be raising money through venture capital. So can I issue new stocks? or either director or office has to do it?

I am asking this question because to venture capitalist I will be representing the company and at any stage I can’t tell them that I have no authority for something.

Me and my partners have started a business which is incorporated as an S-Corp. We are interested in obtaining some venture capital. Do we need to switch our company to a standard C-Corp? If we aren’t required to do so, is it advantageous to?
Well, I’m not looking for any advice that would be a subsitute for getting a lawyer. I am just trying to get some basic information.
