Sudan is now posted to a rapid economic growth. We have vast lands and are lacking entertainment facilities and theme parks for children and families. There are so many opportuinities in this arena. We have access to vast and large land lots or areas in the capital Khartoum. We are looking forward to developers who can provide such fcilities for benefit of the 2 parties

It depends on credibility. If you are related to powerful people then a certain kind of person will invest with you. If you are a simple ‘dive in the jungle’ investor, then a different type of investor might work with you. Ask yourself if you need expertise or would you provide that yourselves? How much money do you want to invest or are you looking for someone to come up with the whole package for you because you are a citizen? All these questions are relevant for a private investor. Lastly you must look into the social responsibility aspect of the equation. Sudan is in a war zone and everyone around there is simply exploiting the place. If you are a citizen then you have to decide to what extent you want to be socially responsible with the investment on the longer term. I believe what you’ve said about Sudan’s economy is true. I’m also interested in land development and real estate investement in Sudan.
