mickey asked: I like Yahoo and AOL’s on-line stock tracking system, but I’m not sure about having my investments listed on line. Is it safe or can anyone see it especially those working for the system?

If you’re worried about security, why don’t u just use your investor’s online tracking system? Otherwise if your just tracking the stocks in general, how would anyone know if you own stocks or are just monitoring them for future purchases? Plus you’re not posting your account information or anything, correct?

I have been using Yahoo for years. Since you enter the portfolio information and no account information, no one can determine if it is really what you own or where you have it. And if you are careful with your Yahoo user id and profile, no one will even know who you are.
So, if you just exercise care, there is no significant risk.
