Venture capitalists don’t generally make themselves hard to find. Usually a web search will provide you with a number of possibilities.
Of course that is only the beginning, since venture capitalists are typically interested in very specific kinds of ventures with the prospect of very high returns. VC websites usually give some indication of the kinds of businesses they’ve funded in the past and perhaps some explicit areas of interest.
It will probably take some effort to find one that is love with your sector
