I’m looking for a good place to secure some capital for a tech start-up, dealing in banking technology and services. The investment curve is fairly high, as it stands right now the company would require high 5 digits, but nothing over the mid 6s. More information on business plan and goals is available.

You’ll want to find and talk to your local angel funding groups. I doubt you’ll meet any here.
The amount you’re looking for is pretty small, so you shouldn’t have a problem finding an investor if your idea is sound and the personnel involved is experienced.
