What housing complexes and gated communitare good to live in for renters and to buy as investments in Orlando?

I myself am a young professional. I purchased a 2 bedroom condo in Metrowest in October of 07. Got it for 131K. The guy I bought it from paid 180K 2-3 years ago. Right now I would estimate these would go for about 115-120K.
Metrowest is a really nice area, it’s just right next to a not so nice area. There is definitely a “line of demarcation” that you can see where one neighborhood ends and the other starts. It’s all because of the STUPID Wal-Mart they put in a couple years ago that brings all the people from the “bad area” in here.
