You might find this video of interest. There are so many more requirements and consideration that you must consider. Just opening a business checking account won’t do it. I suggest doing some searches on the internet for venture capital and doing some homework. Alternately, consult a competent CPA or attorney. You seriously need help, and no, I’m not looking for work
